On 23 December, MNC’s “Il Tod” (“Openness”) television program featured a lively discussion about the state of the Mongolian economy and expectations for 2016.  The  discussion included two of our project’s advisory board members, Haltar Batsuuri and “De Facto” Jargal (Jargalsaikhan Dambadarjaa).
