This is a specimen from the German copperslate (coppershale), Upper Permian, Zechstein.
If I see the photograph, I thinks it comes from Richelsdorf locality.
The information from the label shows that it came about 1860/70 in the collection to you.
The name is now Palaeoniscum freieslebeni Blainville, 1818 (not Ag. = Agassiz 1833/45)
