Trial access to Prayer in the Ancient World

UCL has trial access to Prayer in the Ancient World Online until 31st December 2025.

Prayer in the Ancient World Online is a critical handbook on prayer in the ancient world including an anthology of representative prayers from the major languages and religious traditions. The scope is focused geographically to Mesopotamia and the Mediterranean world, and chronologically stops with texts dated to late antiquity. The Work comprises of about 400 entries.
