Since 2014, IOE has been ranked number one for education worldwide in the QS World University Rankings by Subject and was rated top of the league table for education research in the government’s last research assessment exercise (2008) of UK universities. Recognised by Ofsted for its ‘Outstanding’ initial teacher training across primary, secondary and further education, we are the country’s biggest provider of teacher education.
Our blog is for anyone interested in current issues in education and related social sciences.
