Ned is instructed in a wide variety of work, in particular across all planning and environmental law contexts.

Recent work includes planning inquiries, environmental judicial reviews, major infrastructure project hearings and contempt proceedings in the High Court.  Recent High Court cases are R (Evans) v Basingstoke and Deane BC (decision awaited), Edem v Basingstoke and Deane BC [2012] EWHC 2433 (Admin) and R (U & Partners (East Anglia) Ltd) v Broads Authority [2011] EWHC 1824 (Admin).
