How we read texts

How do we read texts in this group?

Informally. We make texts available in advance in a PDF format, in case you want to read them beforehand (but you don’t have to), then, when we meet, we read them out loud: you can take your turn in reading, if you want, or just listen, if you prefer not to read out loud. Then we start the discussion about the texts and share thoughts. As simple as that. You do not have to be a literary scholar or student, or familiar with that author or that book, to join us.

Do not expect any kind of lecturing: it is not a class!  And we always welcome new perspectives and angles: so, if you like the idea of reading together, come and share your views with us!
