The International Relations and Security Network (ISN) is a leading open access information service in the field of security and defense studies, peace and conflict research, and international relations. Established in 1994, its mission is to promote greater knowledge sharing, learning and collaboration through building a portfolio of free, high-quality information services, providing e-learning consulting, content and technology services and products, hosting a comprehensive security training programme for the intelligence community, and offering technical, editorial and administrative support to a host of online communities.
