InEDITA – Our Aims

Our aims are
- To contribute to an excellent and consistent student experience across UCL facilitated by efficient and effective teaching administrators
- To integrate new staff quickly by providing reliable, comprehensive induction material in a customisable programme
- To ensure that good practice in teaching, assessment and teaching administration is shared across departments and is well supported
- To ensure teaching administrators are aware of key UCL strategies and the wider picture
- To support effective working environments that promote job satisfaction by integrating teaching administrators into an active community of practice including structured opportunities for networking and mutual support
- To ensure compliance with key legal and institutional requirements
- To identify areas of further staff development
