Guidance to presenters

Oral presentations

Talks will be 12 minutes long followed by 3 minutes of questions. Please prepare presentations in a format compatible with Microsoft Powerpoint or as a pdf. Presentations will need to be uploaded to the auditorium computer before the session starts, you will not be able to use your own laptop to present. Please bring your your presentations on a USB stick ready to upload.

Poster presentations

Posters should be size A0 and portrait orientated.

Prerecorded video presentations

Videos should be no longer than 8 mins. Stylistically, these can be any format i.e. this does not have to be you talking to slides but could be you talking to camera etc. Please email to silvilaser@ucl.ac.uk before 1st September.
