UCL now has access to Eikon Workspace (Refinitiv)

UCL users now have access to Eikon Refinitiv Workspace via the library. UCL students and staff should contact the e-resources team to request a licence. Licences are initially for 1 week and may be reassigned after this depending on demand.

Eikon features market data, company financials and filings, earnings estimates, transaction data, analyst research, and more.

Live video training can be requested via Refinitiv

    Something wrong with the subscription of Refinitiv
    I asked twice to get access to Refinitiv. At the first trial, I could access to the most of the data that Refinitiv offer. But today I couldn’t log on to my account so, I asked for another licence. The problem is, even though I log on to Refinitiv Workspace, I couldn’t access to the most of data that I need. I couldn’t even check the financial data of a single company. I tried to reach the customer service centre of Refinitiv, but they answered me that I have to ask librarians at UCL first. Was there any changes in the subscription? or is this the only problem that I have? I need to get data which are related to ESG for my dissertation desperately. I will be really appreciate if you could help me to access to the data Refinitiv properly. Thank you.
