Trial access to MedOne Plastic Surgery (Thieme)

UCL and associated NHS trusts have trial access to MedOne Plastic Surgery from Thieme until 30th April 2019. UCL users should use Desktop@UCL Anywhere to access off-site. NHS users should login using NHS OpenAthens.

MedOne Plastic Surgery is centered on surgeons’ needs with curated content direct from respected experts. Combining expert information with stunning visuals, the site serves as both a learning and technical tool.

Key features:

  • E-books: Find relevant information on reconstructive and aesthetic procedures in this complete e-book library
  • Videos curated by world-renowned experts
  • Procedures: step-by-step instructions complete with images and videos
  • Ejournals: Keep up with innovations with current articles from Thieme’s plastic surgery journals and an integrated search of PubMed
  • Media: Stream video content or compare high-quality operative photos from the vast databank
  • Training centre: use the database of over 1,000 questions, answers, and explanations
