Audio Arts, an audio magazine established by Bill Furlong in 1973, is a unique record of contemporary artists in conversation and four hours of the archive is available on the Tate website. The earliest recordings include Art & Language (1973), Joseph Beuys (1974), Susan Hiller and Mary Kelly (1977), and Dan Graham (1979). More recent conversations include Daniel Buren and Fiona Banner (2006). Where an audio excerpt is not availbale, the site includes a transcript of the conversation.
