Who to contact when there are phone problems

In relation to yesterday’s problems with UCL’s phone system, I thought I’d just clarify who we should contact when there are phone issues.

ISD’s advice is that either the ISD Service Desk or is-telecoms@ucl.ac.uk can be contacted (messages sent to the is-telecoms@ucl.ac.uk address feed into the ISD ticketing system).
