Ian Havercroft is Senior Visiting Research Fellow to the Centre. He is currently a Senior Advisor to the Global CCS Institute, where he is responsible for identifying, clarifying and advising on key legal and regulatory related issues applicable to CCS. Prior to joining the Institute, he was Senior Research Fellow at University College London’s Faculty of Laws, where he was lead researcher for the Carbon Capture Legal Programme.
