Turn off drag and drop

By Domi C Sinclair, on 22 October 2013

This is just a quick post to let everyone know that this morning we  upgraded to Moodle 2.4.6 successfully. There were very few changes with this upgrade and the only one of note is that we have added the ability to turn off drag and drop on a course. Some users had been experiencing problems with moving topics around using the drag and drop feature, and although we were not able to resolve these issues yet we have added an alternative. Users can now opt to revert to a click-to-move method of organising their page. More details can be found in the Moodle Resource Centre miniguide M02 -Add text to your Moodle home page – Topic names, Labels and Pages

For details on all new features check out our New features page in the Moodle Resource Centre.
