New UCLH computers

By Abir Mukherjee, on 7 August 2015

photo 2 A very brief blog post to highlight recent updates to facilities at the Cruciform Hub. Since August 2015, there are now UCLH computing facilities (aside from the Explore Access Point machines in the Library and existing computers/laptop loans for UCL students & staff). These are available near the library desk with two dedicated machines as well as a printer for use by UCLH NHS Foundation Trust staff.

The two networked computers give access to the UCLH desktop, accessible only by Trust employees in possession of a UCLH username & password.

UCLH staff may print from the UCLH networked computers using the dedicated printer provided adjacent to the machines.

All NHS staff who have registered as library members may also access the internet on their own laptop, tablet or smartphone in the Library by asking Cruciform library staff for a UCLGuest account for wi-fi access. For comprehensive information please see the Cruciform Hub website.
