About CODE

UCL Coding Club

CODE is UCL’s summer coding and technology club for young people in East London. We hope the weekly sessions will give you something fun to do over the summer holidays, as well as giving you coding and technology skills, and helping you think about what sort of university courses and careers you could think about if you’re into this sort of thing. If you’re not into this sort of thing we hope we’ll be able to change your mind with these sessions!

The sessions will be held upstairs in the computer suite at Stratford library and they are aimed at 13 – 18 year olds. Each one will be led by computer science and technology academics from University College London (UCL), and a Community Links youth worker will be on hand, as well as library staff. These sessions are funded by the East End Community Foundation.

If you have any questions at all you can contact the organiser, Kim Townsend, on k.townsend@ucl.ac.uk or 020 7679 7333.
