Here are the full statistics for the initiative (as of 5 June). 23,485 manuscript pages have now been transcribed. A further 1,192 manuscripts are currently in progress, and 287 are waiting for review.

Transcribe Bentham downtime, 4 February 2020, 7 am–12 noon GMT

There will be a short period of downtime on Transcribe Bentham on 4 February 2020 while we make a few changes to the site, including a new method for submitting completed transcripts and an improved Benthamometer. The update will occur between 7 am and 12 noon GMT.

The Transcription Desk will be inaccessible for most of this time, but we hope to have everything back up and running as soon as possible by noon if not before.
