Welcome to this week’s progress update, covering the period 6-12 August 2011.

1,681 manuscripts have now been transcribed, 1,413 (84%) of which are complete and locked.

The state of play for each box of material is as follows:

  • Box 2: 177 manuscripts transcribed of 532 (33%)
  • Box 27: 204 of 350 (58%)
  • Box 35: 188 of 439 (43%)
  • Box 50: 32 of 92 (35%)
  • Box 51: 18 of 940 (2%)
  • Box 70: 154 of 250 (44%)
  • Box 71: 104 of 665 (16%)
  • Box 72: 97 of 664 (15%)
  • Box 73: 114 of 156 (73%)
  • Box 79: 38 of 199 (19%)
  • Box 95: 44 of 147 (30%)
  • Box 96: 256 of 539 (48%)
  • Box 115: 222 of 307 (72%)
  • Box 139: 33 of 584 (6%)
  • Overall: 1,681 of the 5,262 (32%) manuscripts uploaded to the website have been transcribed thus far.
