CJFD should be the best database for Chinese journals as the government simply collects all the publications. I am glad that UCL is considering to include it in the library service. Good job. However, since most of work are published in Chinese, a lot of students here might not be able to understand the full article but only the abstract which is in English. It should also be noted that CJFD only includes publications in China, but not Taiwan. If UCL would like to cover ALL Chinese publications, it would need to explore the Taiwanese databases too (but I heard that Taiwan does not have a unified database as large as CJFD).
