Global Climate Change Law Guide
By Catherine L Sharp, on 22 May 2009
UCL recently had a trial of the Global Climate Change Law Guide from May to June.
The Global Climate Change Law Guide outlines the legal requirements and obligations for emissions trading schemes and other interrelated laws, in key regions and countries across the world.
For more information about the outcome of this trial, e-mail ejournals@ucl.ac.uk, or post a comment, below.

Hi,
We are interested in your experiences with the Global Climate Change Law Guide, what sorts of queries you put to it, how detailed the information is, what your interests are in the guide and how useful you found it.
We are specifically interested in information pertaining to developing country rules, with a primary focus on E and SE Asia, eg rules governing the relative roles of government bodies and locally licensed private investors for CDM project development.
Thanks,
