Global Climate Change Law Guide

The Global Climate Change Law Guide outlines the legal requirements and obligations for emissions trading schemes and other interrelated laws, in key regions and countries across the world.

Johns Hopkins Guide to Literary Theory and Criticism

We had a trial of the Johns Hopkins Guide to Literary Theory and Criticism from 19 May until 3 July 2009.

The Guide presents a comprehensive historical survey of the field’s most important figures, schools, and movements. It includes more than 240 alphabetically arranged entries on critics and theorists, critical schools and movements, and the critical and theoretical innovations of specific countries and historical periods.

OnePetro

UCL had a trial of OnePetro from 19 May until 7 June 2009.

OnePetro contains a broad range of technical literature relating to the oil and gas exploration and production industry, including documents from the Society of Petroleum Engineers.

Supplementum Epigraphicum Graecum Online

We had a trial of the Supplementum Epigraphicum Graecum Online from 13 May until 11 June 2009.

The Supplementum Epigraphicum Graecum systematically collects newly published Greek inscriptions as well as publications on previously known documents. It presents complete Greek texts of all new inscriptions with a critical apparatus; it summarizes new readings, interpretations, and studies of known inscriptions, and occasionally presents the Greek text of these documents. The online edition allows users to search the entire corpus for words, names and inscriptions. There are indexes and cross references to related texts.

Oxford Biblical Studies Online

UCL had a trial of Oxford Biblical Studies Online from 13 May until 3 June 2009.

Oxford Biblical Studies Online includes the New Oxford Annotated Bible and five other popular Oxford study bibles.  Texts from selected Oxford bibles can be viewed in side-by-side display with the user’s choice of commentary and annotations from the study bibles, the stand-alone Oxford Bible Commentary, and A-Z concordances for the NRSV and NAB translations. The Bible content is supplemented by collections of major apocryphal Old and New Testament texts in translation.
