UCL Laws is pleased to invite you to the UCL / Bindman Debate on 30 June 2009, from 6-7.30pm on
To be or not to be: a decision for the individual or the State?

The panellists include:

  • Baroness Jane Campbell, leading disability rights campaigner and Commissioner of the Commission for Equality and Human Rights
  • Rt Hon Patricia Hewitt, MP
  • Sir Ken Macdonald, former Director of Public Prosecutions
  • Sarah Wootton, Chief Executive of Dignity in Dying.

Marcel Berlins will take the chair.

The debate will be held in the Cruciform Lecture Theatre 1 from 6pm and will be followed by a drinks reception.
