New trials – MIMS, Scriver’s OMMBID and Future Medicine collection

By Lisa K Flint, on 1 October 2012

UCL has a few new trials for new products, please send any feedback on any of these resources to ejournals@ucl.ac.uk

1) UCL has a trial of MIMS until 30 November 2012.

This trial will give users access to the MIMS drug database.  The database includes information on indications, doses, side effects, interactions, contraindications and warnings, and can be searched or browsed.

If you are already registered on GPonline/MIMS, log out and log back in again for access to the drug database.  Otherwise, create an account.

2) UCL has a 30-day trial of Scriver’s OMMBID – The Online Metabolic & Molecular Bases of Inherited Disease – starting on 1 October 2012.

The trial is accessible on-site, or off-site using remote WTS.
