New ‘UCL Senate House Hub’ to open

By Jes E Cooban, on 3 December 2014

senatehouseTo meet the need for alternative quiet study and revision space during the examination period, a new UCL Hub will open at Senate House in Bloomsbury in March. The new Hub will provide approximately 142 study spaces for UCL students, and will be furnished with high quality study desks and a range of PC workstations.  A number of group working spaces with AV equipment will be available in the Hub, as will multi-functional devices for printing and scanning.

The Library Service Assistant team will be on hand in the new space, providing support to students and administering the Hub’s new facilities.

A familiar landmark to students studying on the Bloomsbury campus, Senate House is within close walking distance of UCL’s Main Library. The new Hub will open its doors up on the 3rd floor of the North block.
