Istanbul Archaeological Museum is one of the oldest Museums dedicated to Archaeological findings. It has been founded in 1869 in Istanbul as the Imperial Museum. It has one of the largest artifact collections in the World from the ancient cultures of the Near Eastern countries and Greek, Roman and Byzantine World.
