UCL  Library Services have recently launched their 2013 survey to find out more about the services you use and want. This is an opportunity to provide your opinion on what works well, what could be done better, and things you might like to see developed in future.

Your feedback is extremely important to us. As a result of feedback from our previous surveys, we have:

·         Invested in new resources to support your research needs

·         Developed new teaching support services to help improve your students’ experience

·         Developed Explore, a one-stop solution to finding printed and electronic resources

·         Extended opening hours to make our library collections and spaces more accessible

Please note that ISD are also running a student survey at the moment. Students are being contacted directly to invite them to take both surveys, but we would be grateful if you could encourage them to participate. Both surveys are available at the webpage listed above.
