The East India Company at Home, 1757-1857 Mid-Project Conference, will be held on 31 May and 1 June 2013. A provisional schedule of events is included below. As places for Friday and Saturday daytime are limited (60 places for each day and only 40 places for the house visit), we are offering them on a strictly first come first basis. There are, however, more places available for the ‘Keynote Lecture’ by Giorgio Riello on the Friday evening (100). Once the places have been filled we will set up a waiting list to ensure that all places are filled on the day. If you would like to attend on Friday, Friday evening, Saturday morning and/or Saturday afternoon (one, two, three or all four) please email Kate (kate.smith@ucl.ac.uk) as soon as possible. The conference is free of charge.
A full schedule of the day can be found on the Mid-Project Conference page.
