Welcome!

Welcome to the new blog for the UCL Centre for Digital Humanities. One of our aims for the centre is to create a network of people throughout UCL and beyond who are interested in research on the connections between humanities scholarship and digital technologies. As such we are planning plenty of face to face events, but for those out there who prefer their networking to take place online, we hope you will find this blog informative and entertaining, and we hope you’ll comment, tweet, email or even talk to us about issues raised here.

Our first official event will be the internal launch party on February 1 Monday 1st February at 5pm the South Cloisters. We very much hope you will come and celebrate the centre’s existence with us, and also meet some interesting new people keen to do DH type things.
