CPD4HE is an HEA/JISC funded project starting from September 2010. The project addresses the need to support the professional development of staff who teach in HE, in varied and flexible ways.

We will develop and release educational resources equivalent to 300 study hours. The resources will support professional development in two priority areas identified by the HEA, Digital Literacies and Discipline-specific Teaching and Learning but will also cover other areas, such as assessment and feedback, designing and planning teaching sessions, and quality management and enhancement.

Guidance materials accompanying the resources will show how they map onto the UK Professional Standards Framework and will capture the experiences of educational developers and HE teachers who have used them.
